Donna Holland Wilcox is a sixth-generation Burnet County native and community leader in PEC District 1. She is running for the PEC Board to promote fiscal conservatism in the co-op with her years of experience as a business woman and civic leader. She believes her strong and deep ties to District 1 will give her unique insight into the needs of the PEC membership.

Wilcox has more than 25 years of experience in business development, marketing, and management in both the public and private sectors. As President of Holland Wilcox Enterprises Inc., Donna works with visionary leaders to plan, implement, and succeed at achieving their organizations’ goals and objectives. Currently, she serves as the Director of Development for Faith Academy of Marble Falls where she is coordinating with the Board of Directors and executive team on the funding and development of an athletic complex.

Since 2012, Wilcox participated in several business ventures across Texas. She has successfully developed real estate projects with Live Oak Lodging and worked with the founders of Reveille Peak Ranch and the Hill Country Science Mill respectively on launching their organizations along with other Central Texas causes and initiatives. She served as the Chief Operating Officer of the World Congress on Information Technology to produce the “IT Olympics” held in Austin, Texas in conjunction with Governor Rick Perry’s office. She also founded Holland Rich Marketing & Event Strategy and participated in the start-up of several technology-based organizations. Other national and international endeavors include working with: the Global Commercialization Group at the IC2 Institute at The University of Texas at Austin; the Texas Economic Development Corporation; and the Economic Development Division of the Austin Chamber of Commerce.

Bolstering Donna’s business acumen is her civic service in PEC District 1 and across the state. Since 2014, she has served as the Chairman of the Burnet County Republican Party where she leads initiatives and elections supporting conservative values and candidates. She has also served on numerous business advisory boards including: 360 Summit, Inc.; Junior Achievement of Central Texas Board of Directors; and Williamson- Burnet County Opportunities, Inc. Donna is a lifelong member of First Baptist Church Marble Falls where she serves as a Trustee, served as the Chairman of the Stewardship Committee, and served as a Founding Director on the First Baptist Christian School Board.
