2026 East Coast Credit Union Board of Directors Election

   


Voting for the East Coast Credit Union Directors’ Election is open from Friday, March 27, 2026 at 9:30 AM, through Friday, April 17, 2026 at 4:00 PM ADT.

Voting Instructions:

Individuals (Personal Account Holders):
  • Your Voter ID is your 9-digit East Coast Credit Union Membership Number (can be found on the Account Summary page in online banking or on the top-right corner of your bank statement labeled as “Account #”).
  • Your Voter PIN is your Date of Birth (MMDDYYYY). For example, if your date of birth is September 25, 1980, you would enter 09251980 (including leading zeros). If your date of birth is January 1, 1972, you would enter 01011972 (including leading zeros).

Businesses/Associations (Commercial Account Holders):
Please complete an Authorization to Vote Form available at an East Coast Credit Union branch, via our Virtual Branch (1-866-230-7700) or via our website: www.eastcoastcu.ca and submit the completed form to any East Coast Credit Union branch or to eastcoast@creditu.ca to obtain your Voter PIN. If your business or association has already completed an Authorization to Vote form in previous years, please contact your branch or reach out to us at 1-866-230-7700 to determine is you are required to submit a new form.
  • Your Voter ID is your East Coast Credit Union Membership Number (can be found on the Account Summary page in online banking or on the top-right of your bank statement labeled as "Account #").
  • Your Voter PIN is a four-digit PIN number issued by East Coast Credit Union. Please see the instructions above for obtaining your PIN.
